Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team at SKYTECH MECHANICAL INC. in [location]. This permanent full-time position offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure effective workflow management.
  • Establish priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Perform various administrative tasks including data entry, preparing reports, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
