About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Coach to join our team at ABC Fitness. As a Customer Support Coach, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and guidance to ensure they have a world-class experience with our fitness-focused SaaS platform, Trainerize.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide trial support to customers, helping them navigate our free trial and coach them on how Trainerize can benefit their business.
  • Respond to customer inquiries using our playbooks and help them solve challenges related to our platform.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, escalating issues and feature requests to our product and development teams.
  • Become an expert on our platform and have opportunities to share your knowledge with the team.

Requirements:

  • Experience with ZenDesk, Hubspot, and Slack.
  • Fitness-related background.
  • 0-2+ years customer service experience.
