Polystyrene Injection Molding Machine Operator - Continental Night Shift
Key Responsibilities- Operate injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic products.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubricating machines.
- Collaborate with production team to achieve production targets and ensure quality standards.
- Document production data and report any issues or concerns to supervisors.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least two years of experience in injection molding machine operation.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
