Regional Business Development Manager

Compensation PackageThe overall total compensation for this role is $105,000 per year, consisting of a base salary and commission. The on-target earnings for this position are highly competitive.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Account Executive to work closely with our Director of Revenue Operations to accelerate business growth in the Kelowna area. This individual will be instrumental in establishing relationships with prospects across Kelowna and surrounding areas.
- Deliver an exceptional Category of One experience to prospects by owning the full sales cycle for assigned territories.
- Generate leads through online research, networking, industry events, and leveraging existing contacts.
- Build relationships with prospects, industry professionals, and other stakeholders to foster business growth.
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of our service and product offerings.
- Develop and deliver presentations to prospects communicating our value proposition and its alignment with their business needs.
- Manage pipeline in CRM ensuring all information is up-to-date.

- Licence to work in Canada.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3-5 years of experience selling technology solutions to C-suite/Business Owners.
- An Undergraduate degree or diploma, preferably with Sales and Marketing specialization.
- A valid driver's license.
- A valid passport and ability to travel internationally.
- A clean driving record and ability to produce a drivers abstract and claims history letter.
- RRSP matching program (3%).
