About the Role

Cascades is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Central BC. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and developing new programs within our existing client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop new business opportunities within existing client relationships
  • Prospect and acquire new business accounts through consultative sales approaches
  • Meet and exceed defined monthly financial and volume projections
  • Utilize marketing tools to promote Company programs and services
  • Travel regularly within the Okanagan, Vancouver, and Prince George markets

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of customer-facing, Business-to-Business (B2B) sales experience and/or account management
  • Proven track record in account maintenance and retention
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and highly organized
  • Practical and innovative problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships with various individuals and departments
  • Ability to solve problems and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of integrity and ability to build trust with customers
