Pinnacle Distributors Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, scheduling and confirming appointments, managing contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. In addition, they will be responsible for ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory, and performing data entry tasks.

Key qualifications include:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
