As an Administrative Assistant at EduCoach Consultants Inc., you will play a vital role in supporting the team with administrative tasks. Your primary responsibility will be to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, ensuring accurate and timely documentation. You will also determine and establish office procedures and routines to maintain efficiency and productivity.

In addition, you will schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries. Your organizational skills will be put to the test when ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, as well as setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems. You will also be responsible for typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents, as well as performing data entry.

As a permanent member of the team, you will work 30 to 35 hours per week, primarily in English. If you are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
