Job Title: Administrator Logistics Support

Randstad Canada is seeking a skilled Administrator Logistics Support to join our team in Sidney. As a key member of our Retail Support Centre (RSC), you will provide administrative support to the Director and operational team, contributing to a positive and productive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Director and operational team
  • Review and manage spreadsheets and other documents to ensure standard operating procedures are followed
  • Manage department filing systems and maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Receive and respond to incoming calls and relay voice mail to the appropriate team member and department
  • Track and monitor budgeted office expenses and manage purchase orders
Requirements:
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in office equipment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven time management, organization, and multitasking skills
