Key Responsibilities
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the appropriate team members
  • Compile data and statistics for reporting purposes
  • Maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate team members
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
