Fryday\u2019s Authentic Fish & Chips is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Train other workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Determine and Establish office procedures and routines to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Plan and Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a strong team.
- Provide Customer Service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee Payroll Administration to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate and relevant work experience.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to effectively interact with colleagues and customers.
