We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at BITTS Testing Services Inc. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to ensure they are effective and up-to-date
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure seamless execution
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure financial stability
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
