We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Gym Receptionist at Gold\u2019s Gym British Columbia. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience at our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage member check-ins, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of membership cards and other documents.
  • Process point of sale transactions, including retail and concession sales.
  • Assist with daily cash reconciliation and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and excellent member experience.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience required.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Fluent in English; ability to speak other languages an asset.
