Overview
KPMG is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our Audit team in Quebec City. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-level administrative support to partners, senior managers, and client service teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level administrative support, including coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and managing partners' agendas.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of client data by following national risk management and branding guidelines.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, manage billing and collection, and oversee the preparation of time sheets and expense reports.
- Respond to client inquiries, escalate complex issues, and provide proactive support.
Requirements
- A College diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience as an administrative assistant.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong focus on Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingualism in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients.
- A minimum of three to five years of experience in administrative support.
