About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at 2224 Restaurants Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Staff Supervision: Train and supervise staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Food Preparation and Service: Supervise and coordinate the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring that it meets our quality control standards.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, and wastage.
  • Scheduling and Workload Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that staff are working efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading a high-performing team. You will have a strong background in food service management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
