Restaurant Operations Manager

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Restaurant Operations Manager at Ontario Subway, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our restaurants operate efficiently, providing great food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

**Key Performance Indicators**

* Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all guests have a positive experience
* Ensure that great food is prepared and served to our high standards
* Maintain a clean and functional restaurant environment
* Manage inventory and cash control systems to minimize losses
* Coordinate local marketing initiatives to drive sales and growth
* Recruit and train high-performing team members
* Maintain safety and security protocols to ensure a safe working environment

**Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
* A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff
* Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with all levels of team members
* Computer knowledge and ability to operate a Point of Sale system/cash register
* Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed, including bending, standing, and walking the entire workday
* Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally

**Training and Support**

You will receive comprehensive training on your roles and responsibilities, as well as ongoing support to ensure your success in the position.

**Work Schedule**

Full-time and part-time positions are available, with varying schedules to accommodate different lifestyles.
