- Staff Management
- Train and supervise staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure that staff are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Operations Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Ensure that food and beverage offerings meet quality control standards.
- Develop and implement effective systems and processes to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Reporting and Record Keeping
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Leadership and Teamwork
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve exceptional results.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism is essential.

Work ScheduleThe successful candidate will work 30 to 40 hours per week.
