Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 2224 Restaurants Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure that all customer interactions are positive and that customers feel valued and appreciated.
- Staff Management
- Train and supervise staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure that staff are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Operations Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Ensure that food and beverages are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, including food, beverages, and supplies.
- Reporting and Record Keeping
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control
- Ensure that all food and beverages meet quality control standards.
- Monitor and address any quality control issues promptly.
- Teamwork and Communication
- Work collaboratively with other members of the management team to achieve business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers to ensure that everyone is informed and aligned.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading a high-performing team. You will have a proven track record of success in a similar role and will be able to demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to train and develop staff.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
