Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Staff Management: Train and supervise staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and team player.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment, and you will be required to work under pressure. You will be expected to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
