About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 2224 Restaurants Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all customer interactions are positive and that customers feel valued and appreciated.
  • Staff Management
    • Train and supervise staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
    • Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure that staff are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Operations Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
    • Ensure that food and beverage offerings meet quality control standards.
    • Develop and implement effective systems and processes to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Reporting and Record Keeping
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Leadership and Teamwork
    • Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve exceptional results.
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism is essential.

Language

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule

The successful candidate will work 30 to 40 hours per week.
