Sugar Roll Japanese Cuisine is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, with a focus on Japanese cuisine. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Manage kitchen operations

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of kitchen operations and staff management. Fluency in English is required. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
