About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Sugar Roll Japanese Cuisine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of menu items and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and ordering to minimize waste and optimize food costs.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area and responding promptly to customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
