Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at OLE HIBACHI RESTAURANT. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our culinary team and creating innovative dishes that showcase our restaurant's unique style.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure excellent food preparation and presentation.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create seasonal menus and special promotions.
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a head chef or executive chef in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Proven track record of creating innovative and delicious dishes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
