Certified Field Trainer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Field Trainer to join our team at Rentokil Initial. As a Certified Field Trainer, you will play a critical role in the development and training of our Pest Specialists, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct on-the-job training and provide peer support to new Pest Specialists, focusing on their first 6 weeks and beyond.
  • Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with Trainees, providing guidance and support throughout their onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with Trainee's Manager to ensure seamless integration of new hires into our team.
  • Successfully complete the Rentokil NA Field Training Certification Program and maintain biannual recertification.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Pest Specialist with Rentokil North America.
  • Fully-trained according to the Rentokil NA Career Advancement Program (Career Level 4 or 5).
  • Licensed with the appropriate state/province applicator license and categories.
  • Favorable ratings from most recent Annual Performance Review.
  • Conducts themselves in a professional manner.
