Certified Field Trainer Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pest Specialist to join our team as a Certified Field Trainer. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting on-the-job training and providing peer support for new Pest Specialist hires.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Certified Field Trainer, you will:
- Conduct on-the-job training for new Pest Specialists, ensuring they complete weekly Field Training Checklists
- Provide peer support to new hires, conducting weekly check-ins and monthly meet-ups, and completing associated documentation
- Successfully complete the Rentokil NA Field Training Certification Program, with biannual recertification
Additional Job Duties:
As a Certified Field Trainer, you will also be responsible for:
- Conducting ride-alongs for job candidates during the interview process
- Arriving on time and prepared for training sessions
- Effectively training skills and providing timely feedback
- Communicating regularly with Trainee's Manager
- Evaluating and signing off on Field Training Checklists
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Pest Specialist with Rentokil North America
- Fully-trained in the Rentokil NA Career Advancement Program (Career Level 4 or 5)
- Licensed with the appropriate state/province applicator license and categories
- Favorable ratings from your most recent Annual Performance Review
- A professional demeanor and conduct
