We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Field Trainer to join our team at Rentokil North America. As a Certified Field Trainer, you will play a critical role in the development and training of our Pest Specialists, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct on-the-job training and provide peer support for new Pest Specialists
  • Develop and maintain Field Training Checklists to ensure new hires meet performance standards
  • Communicate effectively with Trainees, Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding and training
  • Collaborate with the Career Advancement Program team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Pest Specialist with Rentokil North America
  • Fully-trained according to the Rentokil NA Career Advancement Program (Career Level 4 or 5)
  • Licensed with appropriate state/province applicator license & categories
  • Favorable ratings from most recent Annual Performance Review
