Your primary focus will be on creating compelling content that showcases Sym-Tech Dealer Services' competitive positioning and thought leadership in the F&I industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, create, and disseminate content across various channels, including social media, email, web, CRM, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated communication strategies to support business objectives
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to conceptualize and create engaging content
  • Design and implement content calendars for social media and other channels
  • Manage and maintain relationships with media and industry contacts
  • Create high-quality content, including written materials, videos, graphics, and presentations
  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in communications, public relations, marketing, or executive communications
  • Mandatory English and French verbal and written fluency
  • Familiarity with the F&I and automotive/finance/insurance industries
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital, web, and CRM communications
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000-$85,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
