Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Marketing Strategist to join our in-house marketing team at Procom. This role involves creating compelling content that engages target audiences and supports our marketing strategies.

About the Role

The Content Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies that increase engagement, lead generation, and brand visibility. Key responsibilities include:

  • Researching and writing high-quality digital content to support demand generation, sales, and product marketing.
  • Developing our brand voice and refining our marketing messaging to ensure brand consistency and customer clarity.
  • Leveraging AI tools to produce content that increases brand visibility and drives engagement.
  • Creating copy for websites, social media platforms, emails, and ad campaigns.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop content that supports business objectives and marketing goals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation, writing, and editing, particularly in a digital marketing environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Certifications or additional training in digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, or related areas.
  • A proven record of developing and implementing content strategies that have successfully increased engagement and achieved marketing objectives.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location of Procom. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
