We are looking for an experienced Operational Support Specialist to join our team at Sussex Insurance Agency (Town & Country). The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

About the Role

The Operational Support Specialist will be responsible for arranging seminars, conferences, and other events. This includes recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences. Additionally, the candidate will schedule and confirm appointments, answer electronic enquiries, and compile data, statistics, and other information. They will also set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Answer electronic enquiries.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Reliability and attention to detail.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be based in Town & Country and will be required to work on site.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is between $45,000 and $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
