About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Robotics Technical Content Developer to join our team at Clearpath Robotics by Rockwell Automation. This role is responsible for creating engaging technical content that showcases our ROS-enabled products to both technical and non-technical audiences.

In this position, you will work closely with our Marketing, Engineering, Product, and Sales teams, as well as industry partners, to develop high-value technical marketing content. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing creative and compelling robot demos, videos, webinars, tutorials, and guides;
  • Assisting in brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns, content strategy, events, and activities;
  • Coordinating and developing unique product demos for marketing videos and tradeshows/conferences;
  • Liaising with technical partners on strategic co-marketing initiatives;
  • Working with the engineering team to create demo products and applications through design, integration, and development of ROS software;
  • Generating tutorials for our robots and software by building examples yourself;
  • Producing professional-grade renders of our products.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in robotics, software development, and engineering. The following skills and qualifications are required:

  • BASc in engineering with software and robotics experience considered, or equivalent;
  • Experience developing demos, tutorials, webinars, videos, technical collateral, etc.;
  • Working technical knowledge of robotics software frameworks, including Linux, ROS, C++, and Python;
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to coordinate and work effectively across multiple teams.
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
