About the Job

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Granite Warehouse Inc. in a full-time permanent position.

Job Overview

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the office, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities, and contributing to the achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff, prioritize workloads, and maintain deadlines.
  • Carry out various administrative activities, including data assembly, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and plan office services, such as accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Degree equivalent to secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage multiple priorities.
Additional Information
  • The salary range for this position is between $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
