Office Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Olie's Repair. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and Confirm Appointments: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage Training and Development Strategies: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
- Answer Telephone and Relay Messages: Respond to incoming calls, relay messages, and provide general information to clients and stakeholders.
- Compile Data and Statistics: Gather, analyze, and present data and statistics to support business decisions.
- Provide Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform Basic Bookkeeping Tasks: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
