Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Ctrl Tax. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including co-ordinating and planning for office services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. They will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

Language

The working language is English.

Hours of Work

The hours of work are 30 hours per week.
