Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at Ctrl Tax.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and Implement New Administrative Procedures: Review and assess new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Delegation and Prioritization: Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish work priorities to meet deadlines and ensure procedures are followed.
  • Administrative Activities: Carry out various administrative activities, including co-ordinating office services, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and preparing reports and correspondence.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Utilize electronic mail, electronic schedulers, and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high levels of attention to detail.
  • Physical Capabilities: Possess the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of organizational skills.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
