Office Administrator Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team at the Victoria Education Centre as an Office Administrator Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and students.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to perform a variety of tasks, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, and maintaining accurate records.
You will also be responsible for preparing reports, compiling data, and ordering office supplies. Additionally, you will need to maintain manual and computerized filing systems and perform data entry duties.
In terms of computer skills, you should have proficiency in MS Office and be able to learn new software quickly. As a team player, you will be expected to work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve common goals.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
