Job Title: Administrative Officer - Operations Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Ctrl Tax. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company policies and procedures.
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 30 hours per week.
