Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at LS Bookkeeping Services Ltd. This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of $45,000 per year.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. They will also assist with data entry, maintain digital databases, and perform various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Manage information flow within the team
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and confirming meetings
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Provide customer service and respond to inquiries
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
