Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Operations Coordinator to join our team at Webber Infrastructure Management Canada Limited.

This role is responsible for assisting with the coordination and execution of field operations, ensuring that all aspects of the contract are coordinated and completed in a timely, efficient, effective, and profitable manner.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and/or road maintenance industry, with a minimum of three years of experience. A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record are also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule work to be performed by patrol staff, ensuring compliance with approved performance standards.
  • Perform condition assessments of pavements, signs, guardrails, bridges, vegetation, and other contract requirements.
  • Complete paperwork and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
  • Develop and manage the performance of all patrol staff.
  • Assist with managing, monitoring, and controlling highway project assets and materials.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma (minimum), equivalent work experience will be taken into consideration.
  • Minimum three years' work experience in construction and/or road maintenance industry (preferred).
  • Valid driver's license and have an acceptable driving record (required).

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.

This is a full-time position, working approximately 40 hours per week. The incumbent will split working time between office and field work.
