About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at 1043440 BC LTD. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Merchandise Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of merchandise, ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise to customers, handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and heavy workload.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and a strong attention to detail.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position, working 35 to 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be willing to relocate for this position and have a valid work permit.
