Job Title: Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at 1310695 B.C Ltd. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth in our retail business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure optimal sales coverage and customer service.
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints, requests, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise Sales Team: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of sales experience in a retail environment.
  • Work Setting: Urban area, door-to-door sales business, and various locations.
  • Transportation: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, dependability, initiative, and ability to multitask.
