About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at 1043440 BC LTD. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
  • Sales and Revenue: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise.
  • Visual Merchandising: Oversee the visual presentation of the store, including displays and window displays.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.

  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Work Schedule: Variable schedule, including evenings and weekends.
