Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at 1043440 BC LTD. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Sales and Customer Service: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales or management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and handle heavy loads. You must be able to stand for extended periods and walk frequently.
