Job Description
Westminster Toyota Service Department Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Appointment Coordinator to join our busy Service Department. This role is responsible for answering customer phone calls, directing calls to the correct Service team members, and booking appointments over the phone for customers. The appointment coordinator will also respond to email requests and make outgoing reminder phone calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer phone calls and direct calls to the correct Service team members
- Book appointments over the phone for customers and respond to email requests
- Make outgoing reminder phone calls
- Run daily reports on the computer and work directly with the public
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manners and communication skills
- Experienced at working on a team and providing excellent customer service
- Strong computer skills (Reynolds and Reynolds experience an asset)
- Able to work independently and be a self-starter
Additional Information
