We are a dynamic organization seeking an experienced administrative coordinator to join our team. As an administrative coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum

Job Description:

As an administrative coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Responding to phone calls and relaying messages
  • Maintaining inventory of office supplies
  • Arranging travel and itineraries
  • Greeting visitors and directing them to contacts or service areas
  • Typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and documents

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word
