Job Summary

At Surecare Industrial Tech TLD, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our team in providing exceptional service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information, managing office procedures, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including newcomers, refugees, and Indigenous peoples
  • Knowledge of accessible and inclusive recruitment policies
