Vdamera is seeking a skilled Office Coordinator Specialist to join our team. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can arrange seminars, conferences, and order office supplies with ease. You will also schedule appointments, answer calls, and provide customer service that exceeds our clients' expectations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You should also be proficient in data entry and record-keeping.

A competitive estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate events and meetings: Ensure all necessary arrangements are made for successful events and meetings.
  • Manage office inventory and supplies: Keep track of office supplies and ensure they are replenished as needed.
  • Enter data and maintain records: Accurately enter data into our system and maintain accurate records.
  • Offer customer support: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
