About the Role

This position involves working in a fast-paced environment, responding to technical issues related to computer hardware and software. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving problems, as well as providing training and guidance to users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to technical support requests from users via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware and software.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on how to use computer systems and software.
  • Collect and maintain records of technical support interactions.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of technical support services.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with computer hardware and software.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage. You will also have access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

In addition to your annual salary, you can expect an estimated total compensation package of approximately $63,500 per year, based on industry standards and location.
