At Trifon's pizza, we're seeking a skilled professional to oversee our kitchen operations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods. Your attention to detail will ensure that our kitchen and food service areas meet the highest standards. You'll also train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, as well as order supplies and equipment. If you have experience in the culinary industry and are looking for a challenging role, we encourage you to apply. This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek and English as the primary language of communication.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
* Inspect kitchens and food service areas
* Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
* Order supplies and equipment
* Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
* Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
* Manage kitchen operations
