Job Title: Resource Coordinator

The Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) is a dynamic and innovative organization that is shaping the future of air travel. As a Resource Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our airport, working closely with various stakeholders to optimize resource allocation and maximize efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and assign daily aircraft stand allocations, hardstand bussing operations, and remote aircraft parking and cargo operations
  • Check-in counter allocations to various carriers
  • Ensure Flight Information Display Systems (FIDS) accurately display flight details
  • Acknowledge air carriers' schedule changes or delays via the Airport-Collaborative Decision Making (A-CDM) platform
  • Respond to special requests from internal/external stakeholders and customers
  • Ensure allocated facilities are used to maximum efficiency
  • Manage irregular operational plans, such as the Aircraft Parking and Staging Plan
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a field related to Airport or Airline Operations, or an acceptable combination of education and/or experience in Aviation, Transportation, and/or logistics
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Airport/Airline Operations
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a safety-sensitive environment
  • Ability to obtain and retain a Transportation Security Clearance
