Airport Hotel Operations Director

At Comfort Hotel Airport North, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Airport Hotel Operations Director to lead our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

* Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
* Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
* Coordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
* Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
* Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
* Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
* Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning

Requirements:

* 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Organized and able to work under pressure
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work as part of a team
