Job Title: Resource Coordinator

At the Greater Toronto Airports Authority, we are seeking a highly skilled Resource Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our airport.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and assign daily aircraft stand allocations, hardstand bussing operations, and remote aircraft parking and cargo operations.
  • Check-in counter allocations to various carriers and ensure Flight Information Display Systems (FIDS) accurately display flight details.
  • Acknowledge air carriers' schedule changes or delays via the Airport-Collaborative Decision Making (A-CDM) platform.
  • Respond to special requests from internal/external stakeholders and customers.
  • Ensure allocated facilities are used to maximum efficiency.
  • Manage irregular operational plans, such as the Aircraft Parking and Staging Plan.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a field related to Airport or Airline Operations, or an acceptable combination of education and/or experience in Aviation, Transportation, and/or logistics.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Airport/Airline Operations.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a safety-sensitive environment.
  • Ability to obtain and retain a Transportation Security Clearance.
